PO/ Trade Financing (Soft Glove)
If the Investor/ Banking Partner wishes to provide funding for trade financed (PO Backed) deals where Soft Glove takes title and the end user is contractually bound to the transaction by their PO. For this partnership, we would accept a 3% Finance Fee on the entire funded transaction. For these deals, the customer will have Net 2 Terms upon arrival of the Goods into the United States. There will also be a 15% Non-Performance Penalty Clause embedded and agreed upon within our SPA. We need an investor who has the ability to fund larger deals of $1B+ dollars. We are also willing to share in some of the landed up-sell margin.
PO/ Trade Financing (Customers)
If the Investor/ Banking Partner wishes to provide funding for trade financed (PO Backed) deals where Soft Glove is operating as a broker to a Customer who has issued a PO to the Seller. For this opportunity we would like a partner who can offer 4-8% Financing Fees (and 45 days) on the Total Purchase Value Amount. The Customer will have Net 2 Terms upon arrival of the Goods into the United States. There will also be a 10% Non-Performance Penalty Clause embedded and agreed upon within the Finance Agreement. Our partner investor needs to have the ability to fund deals of between $5M to $500M+ dollars.
If the investor wishes to make a Venture Play (VCs and Hedge Funds) to receive a fixed return on purchased and retail sold glove lots, then Soft Glove is willing to offer a 45% of Gross Profit split with the investor. With this option we can bring in one large investor, or multiple investors who each invest into their own separate glove lots. The reason that we offer a higher return to the Investor here (vs. PO Finance) is because with Retail there is no end customer waiting to take all of the goods upon arrival. Retail requires marketing and the processing of multiple orders and the progressive depletion of our purchased inventory. We will also have the ability to resell a “Small/ Medium/ Large Percentage” of our inbound goods while they “On the Water”.
OEM White Label
Due to our strong relationships with all of the Major Glove Brands and Manufacturers around the World, we have multiple opportunities to create our own OEM line of SOFT GLOVES. We will only pursue a medical grade exam glove that has Chemo Rating (D6978). The starting entry point to become our own Brand is around $20M US Dollars. The more money invested, the more production lines and glove capacity that we can produce.
